  • Audio Data & Voice Samples: We collect audio voice recordings uploaded directly by you. These recordings are utilized strictly to train and generate your custom voice synthesis profiles via secure API synchronization.

  • Conversational Text Logs: We process and store conversational text chat history within our secure backend database instances to maintain your personal messaging continuity.

2. How Your Data Is Secured and Shared

  • Zero Third-Party Commercial Sharing: EternaLink LLC does not sell, lease, rent, monetize, or distribute your private chat logs, audio files, or biometric voice profiles to third-party data brokers, advertisers, or outside entities.

  • Secure API Processing: Voice synthesis processing is handled strictly via secure, enterprise-grade API pipelines with our infrastructure partner, ElevenLabs. No data transmitted via this pipeline is stored permanently by third parties or used for external public AI training models.

  • Isolated Cloud Silos: Your data operates entirely within private user containers, completely hidden from other users on the platform.

3. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES & OPT-OUTS (Data Control)

  • In compliance with global app platform regulations, EternaLink LLC provides comprehensive data rights to all users. You can exercise the following privacy choices directly at any time:

    • Right to Complete Erasure (Account Deletion): You have the permanent right to delete your profile. By navigating to your app’s Profile Settings and selecting "Delete Account," our Django backend instantly executes an absolute wipe—permanently purging your account credentials, conversation history, and remote ElevenLabs voice synthesis tokens from our active servers.

    • Data Access & Export: You may contact us at any time to request a complete export of the personal data associated with your profile structure.

    • Opt-Out of Data Collection: If you no longer wish to utilize the voice cloning or text generation systems, you may simply cease uploading audio elements or clear your active conversational logs inside the interface.
